Unlocking Bad Boy Dating Theory
Why are women attracted to bad boys? I'm not talking about just any regular woman but hot women who make mortal guys worship the very ground they walk on. It's baffling isn't it? How hot women who can have just about any guy she wants, chooses to be with a bad boy.
Here's my theory on the attraction towards bad boys: Like all hot women, celebrities included, hot women have been idolized and coveted for as long as they can remember. They are so used to being treated like a princess and doted on. So, when a bad boy comes along and gives her the cold shoulder, she will feel the slight.
Here's a guy that does not conform to the rest and has the cheek to put her in place with his ballsy attitude. You can bet your last dollar that she will not be pleased to find herself in this situation. However, she will be intrigued by the very fact that he is different from the rest. Her interest is piqued. He got her attention. He had just succeeded where other men failed.
All he did was to deny her something that she had taken for granted… and that is attention from any guy she comes into contact with. He not only denies her his attention, he dares to bust her if she has an attitude problem and he couldn't care less what she thinks of him. Men who worship her would recoil in horror if they are present when the scene takes place but what baffles them even more is this…
That hot babe stops her tantrum, and end up being attracted to that 'jerk'. And the nice guys are left wondering… what went wrong??? I've been so nice to her, treated her like a queen but she barely acknowledges my existence. This guy is a total jerk, wasn't even nice to her but she's all over him now!
What the nice guy just witness can be likened to the Theory of Scarcity in Economics. The theory is centers around the imbalance between supply and demand states that when supply is in abundance, the value drops, else when supply is short, its value goes sky high.
Now, the jerk has confidence. He knows that every guy in the room is dying to be with the hot babe. He also knows that all of them are trying to outdo the other in way of pleasing her. So, his strategy is to go against the crowd. That would get her attention. But he has to time his pull and push strategy well so that she is not offended by his remarks to the point where she will not interact with him anymore.
What he does is to combine the right amount of sarcasm, wit and cockiness to the effect that it makes him lethal at the same time very, very sexy and appealing. Striking the right balance sets him apart from the rest of the pack and not only makes him highly desirable, aloof and sexy BUT unattainable.
He pushes her away with his 'stinging' remarks about her attitude, or her fashion sense or anything negative he comes up with. At the same time, he pulls back her interest to him with humor. This inconsistent behaviour keeps her guessing and on her toes, and from there builds her attraction towards him. Now table is turned and he becomes the 'prize'. She wants to be seen with him because she is attracted to him and not the other way around. Slowly these hot babes would find themselves attracted to the bad boys.
We all want what we can't have and bad boys capitalize on that. Bad boys love women too just like every other hot blooded male; especially if she's HOT! BUT they do not go out of their way to please these hot babes. In fact they do the opposite. They sometimes tease them, sometimes ignore them and other times dote on them.
In a nutshell, looks does not count when it comes to attracting women. Well, it may help with the initial attraction but if you come across as a wuss, you can bet your last dollar, she'll scram before you can say, "Oh, boy!" On the other hand, a guy who looks like the average Joe but has a healthy dose of confidence, wit and cockiness would be a hit with women.
